Mentorship
The Thomas Hamel mentorship is a premier graduate program, which is offered biennially by Thomas Hamel & Associates.
Open to recent Interior Design graduates, The Graduate Mentorship Program is designed to identify a candidate who demonstrates outstanding passion, achievement and the highest promise as a creative and innovative future force in the Australian design industry. It is envisaged that once the successful graduate completes the mentorship program, they will be both equipped and inspired to further the quality and professionalism of the interior design industry in Australia.
We’ve had the honour of supporting three talented mentees through our recent mentorship programs, each bringing their own creativity, perspective, and passion to the studio. This initiative has been a rewarding way to share knowledge, foster growth, and strengthen our design community. We look forward to welcoming the next group of emerging designers and seeing where their journeys lead.
