This penthouse, originally designed by Arthur Elrod in 1972, has been thoughtfully refreshed for our clients' city escape in Chicago, blending contemporary elements with its classic charm. By focusing on cosmetic enhancements, such as a striking custom fireplace and curated vintage pieces, we created a seamless flow that reflects their love of travel and art while maximizing natural light and comfort.
